I won’t waste your time with a bunch of random chit chat. Let’s get straight to the recipe!
The drink is only about 30 calories (a little less really), and it is super easy.
Everything you need:
Coffee – I use medium roast McCafe coffee in my Keurig, but any coffee will do just the same.
Almond Milk & Frother – I use unsweetened vanilla Almond Breeze almond milk (any will do). I have 2 different frothers. I have a really cheap handheld frother that works great. I also have a fancier one that I absolutely love. It still super affordable and I love it because it froths & heats your milk.
Pumpkin Syrup – Jordan’s Skinny Syrup is really good and zero calories. I picked up a pumpkin pack from Home Goods, but you can also find them on Amazon. My personal favorite flavor is “pumpkin cinnamon roll“.
Sweetener – I personally use Equal. Any sugar will do, but if you’re trying to keep it low calorie/no sugar then something like Equal, Sweet’n Low, Stevia, etc.
Ground Cinnamon & Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 cup coffee
5oz almond milk (middle line on frother)
2 equal packets
1 tsp syrup
ground cinnamon and pumpkin spice
Brew your cup of coffee like normal, then add your pumpkin flavored syrup and sweetener. Froth your almond milk and poor it over your coffee. Top with ground cinnamon and pumpkin spice. That’s it! Super quick and easy, and super yummy!
You can obviously add as much or little milk, sweetener, syrup, etc. as you like, but this is personally how I make mine. If you give this a try, let me know what you think in the comments! Hope you love it!
